Received an recall in the mail yesterday called the dealer, said it was done in February on my 10,000 service ..little late.. I also mentioned that my front tires are wearing on the outside and they did the rotate..I guess.. I'm concerned that at 13000 miles there is an issue..Now the vent..they told me I would have to pay to check the alignment..wheres the warranty...I said what ! Gave me Toyota customer service, I called spoke to someone, then waited 15 minutes for an answer " have to pay for the alignment...

You pay 75,000 for a new vehicle 9 months old and you would think they would just check to see if somethings wrong..bottom line they really don't care. total BS !!!

The dealerships never care, they only care when you’re getting ready to sign on the dotted line to purchase vehicles or services. It’s all about the money.

Same here. Mine pulls slightly to the left since picking it up. They said they checked and it drove straight but I then took it and took my hand off and pulled to the right. They said I had to pay out of pocket, was shocked! Toyota is really losing their customer service and backing their products. I told them I’d just deal with it, I’m not paying to fix a problem they caused at delivery.

You hit a curb and throw your alignment......this isn't Toyotas fault. go to a tire shop, get an alignment

My truck been pulling to the right slightly at 9k miles, some uneven tire wear even with 5k tire rotation.

Dealer asked me to pay $120 for alightment check, no problem, I paid.

    They aligned once, still pulled
    Brought it back... Aligned twice
Still pulled slightly to the right
Brought it back, aligned there times... Still pulls slightly

And I don't care anymore if it pulls slightly or not, I'm fed up at this point

Took 3 shops (including the dealer) 3 times to get it right, but now it’s right
