We made it happen!!!! Gauging Interest, Revesol All Black Steering Wheel

I've reached out to the ebay seller for Revesol both last year and recently trying to see if they had other options or other colors you could pick for their leather steering wheels. They respond saying there isn't enough demand to justify them changing their production. Since its unlikely to get multiple colors with enough interest. I was curious if folks would vote in the poll to show if they would like an all black leather option similar to the one linked below. There wouldn't be a red stripe or red stitching, just all black with perforated leather on the sides. At a price point of 250, for a full wheel (not a wrap) with an improved design, I feel we should be able to get a decent number to maybe sway them to adding 1 wheel to their line up. It might not happen but this could show them there is demand.

There are multiple posts with folks installing a Revesol wheel and they all seem to like it. Do your research but if you are interested. Please vote.

Was suggested that I add pictures. Here are the ones they post for their all leather wheel with the red stripe and red stitching. Again, I'm asking if folks want this but no red.

I was going to get it mid summer but was out of stock till November per the seller. I opted with getting the amp running boards and hood scoop so it’ll have to wait for me

 

Thanks, didn't see this thread. I really like the black with the red stitching, but the red stripe on the top is a no go. I like to be difficult.

 

FWIW, and I know this is subjective, I have a 2020 4R as well and had a 2018 Tacoma prior to the Tundra. So far the Revesol has been my favorite wheel out of those three.

The Tacoma and 4R wheels felt super quality when new but eventually got that glossy look, and the leather seemed to harden a bit. The Revesol and 4R wheel have just about the same miles on them, so it has to be a material difference. So far I am still pleased with the Revesol, there were some very minor defects when I got it, small over spill of glue on the bottom and a loose red thread that was left over. Easy fix on both.

All three are good options for replacing the questionable rubber wheel most Tundras came with. Revesol would still be my first choice.

 

I want a blue stripe and blue stitching but that won't happen... there are steering wheel wraps you can get and you can customize those a lot. I have talked with loncky who is good at responding and if Revesol won't do a black leather steering wheel, I'll just spend $64 to get the wrap. Nothing wrong with wanting something specific for your ride!

I wrapped a wheel with the einsing one, similar to loncky. It was actually very nice. You can buy your own thread for those wraps, but won’t have a blue stripe unless they will do that for you.

Redline goods should be able to do a blue stripe.

 

Well, this seems promising in my eyes. In about 12 hours we have over 25 folks showing interest between here and TW. I'll reach back out to Revesol and hopefully get them to see there is a demand for this black leather wheel.

Maybe make points with them telling them they are missing 14-22 Sequoia fitment?

 

I considered their piano black with leather wheel before I wrapped mine with the loncky kit for full all black leather. While I'm very happy with the way mine turned out I would not do it again. Maybe I'm too picky but it took me over 3 hours to install and I'd still give it a 90% at best as to how it compares to a replacement wheel.

I wouldn't buy the revesol wheel until, or if, my current loncky kit wears out but I would absolutely replace the wheel when it does rather than re wrap.
