Haven't pulled the trigger yet but I will probably do Nytop. Although someone posted somewhere in these forums that the pull angle wasn't too bad on the AFE, it just seems like there's more chance to do bumper damage under the truck.

Still trying to get over how much a couple of pieces of metal cost.......:eek2:

On their website the colors come in pairs and the black comes in a single. Am I missing something?

Did you order direct or from a local distributor? The shipping to Canada from nytop really brings the price up.

    they do look good.

No. If you email them they sometimes can get you a better shipping deal.

also he’s open to group buys if you can get enough orders. Issue with me is I’m in fort Mac so I couldn’t get enough people. I just bit the price.

I had a torquelift central front tow hitch installed. You keep original bumper... cost $375... 10k rated... just slide in tow hook ( that's in my rear receiver already)

I went afe. I went with the concept of something is better than nothing, until I install a bumper and winch (probably cbi). I feel like there is less then a 5% chance the afe will ever get used in the next 12 months or so, but at least I have something.

To me, cbi is the best option, but I am not doing it until I can install it and the winch at the same time.

I watched a couple videos on the nytop and they just didn't appeal to me, even before I saw the price. Are they better then afe? Possibly

I went with the afe too. But the tow angle looked like a damaged front valance if I ever had to use them. I also didn't want to get to spendy on a new bumper, let alone having to spend an entire day installing it. That's why I went with a front receiver hitch (700 hitch and install) and I have a fishing boat and utility trailer, so it will come in handy moving those around too.

CBI gets my vote. I went through the same dilemma and decided on the CBI which I am very happy with.
