Hood scoop hardware

I purchased a eBay trd hood scoop (I know you get what you pay for) The hardware that came with it isn’t that great. Does anyone know the name of this style bolt and or part number?.

Thank you looks like what I need is the studs. When I search that part number only shows the 10mm nut. I will call a different Toyota tomorrow. They weren’t too helpful today. Thanks again!

 

How did the ebay hood scoop turn out?

 

not bad. Does have a gap on the back side but nothing terrible

 

Were you able to find these anywhere?

 

I used these, they fit pretty snug. No issues

Any suggestion for the gasket? I need that too. None of the people on ebay will sell me just the gasket.

 

gasket meaning the thin felt strip that goes on the edge of the scoop?
