Did the frozen rotors and Ebc yellow pads a while ago. Great improvement. You’re going to notice it.
For the bike carriers, mine came with nylock nuts and some of them still backed off with all the rattling around back there. Definitely worth putting lock-tite on everything.

Ordered an OVS 270 awning with coupons for under $400. 69" length should fit well length wise with the mid-height setting on the Kuat Ibex, might need to find a bracket that raises it up a couple of inches for better height clearance.

LOL I will be fine, just really bored and it is so hard not to move your head, cannot bend over, cannot sleep laying down because the bed has to be a min of 30 degree incline, etc. etc.

Bored and thinking a lot about my past and the abuse I have put myself through. Believe me, nobody wants to do a mini-parade past my house since I live in a Retirement Community. Golf carts everywhere and the distraction could cause a major pile up of Golf carts

Same here, I think we figured out we're pretty close... I'm Ray/Recker.

Great guys there. I'm still rocking one of their OG Stompers from when they were in Tempe.

Thanks! We got really lucky with this lot. And only 2.5 hours from our nice new house, which is nice.

Debadged the front door v8 badge, C pillar SR5 badge & bedside TRD OR badge. WOW I should have done this sooner. Sooooo much better. The bronze wheels were bothering me with all the chrome and red and black… I think they look much better now. And I’m planning to color match the front end and rear bumper chrome soon. Not too shabby for a 2014 with 165k on it.

Well darn it! This site is costing me more money again. I'd convinced myself I'd just use a Rove R1 1080p dash cam I already had. But that's a great deal on the VIOFO A119 Mini2. It's got the latest Sony sensor that makes it far better than the old Rove. I couldn't resist. Mine will be here in a couple of days, and yes, I'm getting the TGP mirror power adapter too.

Looks good. I think I saw that skid plate posted up not long ago. I'm always looking for Tundra parts. I got lucky and found the RCI trans skid+cat shields on OfferUp in Fontana.

Really impressed with this truck yet again. A guy pulled out on the road, into me... while moving at 55. I was able to slow down a lot, but not enough to keep him from making contact. Best part, family is fine and the backseat didnt even realize what happened. It was loud and my bumper appeared to hav literally pushed his car away from doing actual damage to my truck. his car, not so much. The most impressive part is the tundra didnt even moved from the impact.

    After I cleaned it up:

    Worst part of the damage:

    upload_2024-4-23_10-26-23.png

    Just thankful everyone is ok!

Nice. This guy was out of Long Beach but I met up with him in Santa Ana. I just happened to stumble on his listing last Friday 5 hours after he posted it. Once in a while I'll do a search for "Tundra TRD Pro" in offer up and see what pops up.

I had two sets of those. Burned up after one use even with low tire spin speed. BUUUUT, they make great leveling boards now.

Found one of my tail lights cracked today :(

I've always used these types of incidents as an excuse to upgrade so now I'm looking at led tail lights. There's this OfferUp parts dealer in Pomona that sells them for $100. Are there cheaply made LEDs out there to stay away from? Could these be that kind?

Got the Falken AT4W 35x11.5-18 Load range C installed yesterday. They are quieter than the Toyo AT3 that I removed. Maybe even quieter than the previous BFG KO2s I had. Since they are taller and wider than the 295/70-18, they rub the sway bar at full lock on both sides. They also balanced fine. Clear the UCA by about 3/8”.

But the ride isn’t as smooth as I was hoping for. I have them at 40 psi as a comparison to my Toyos I had at 40. I will try 35 psi next and I hope that will make it smoother.

Thanks for the update! Lowering the tire pressure should soften up the ride a bit. I think those tires have a max of 50psi if I recall correctly. I'm running Methods with a +25 offset so I hopefully won't have any rubbing issues with the sway bar. Also running Camburg upper control arms so curious to see how close they come there, but should clear just fine. Love the look of the Falkens and glad to hear they are quieter than your previous tires.

My Coopers have gotten pretty loud lately and I'm looking forward to swapping them out with a pair of these. I was heavily debating going back to a more stockish size tire to free up some lost HP and have some more fun via the Magnuson but think it would look funny with my 3" lift. My other option I debated was the Michelin Defenders in 295/70/18 which would keep the same size I have currently, but reduce the weight. Pretty sure those would be much quieter, but they are still an E rated tire. These Falkens weigh in the same as my Coopers, but would move me to a C load rating and hopefully ride softer. If they turn out to ride softer and are quieter that's a double win in my book.

Tire Rack seemed to have the lowest price that I could find at $384 each or $1,536 for all 4, but they only had 2 in stock and now show sold out. It notes that additional inventory is due in on 4/26, so I'll check back.

Any rubbing near the cab mount?
